Quitting Smoking - I Love It, I Hate It

A really common thing I listen closely to my quit smoking clients is they enjoy smoking, they wish to smoking when relaxing with friends, or having a drink or a coffee, but everyday they wake up convinced that they desired they could quit cigs.
